About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Formal Leaders, internal/external candidates, and external suppliers on Western Power's talent acquisition and selection process.
  • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including generating and distributing employment contracts, managing requisitions, and liaising with systems teams.
  • Assist with the coordination of entry-level program recruitment activities and maintain real-time accuracy of RMS and trackers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new starters to the Talent Acquisition team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting and support talent acquisition projects as requested.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in providing administrative support to a busy Talent Acquisition/HR team, with knowledge of recruitment systems and reporting metrics. You will have a high energy level, working with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy.
