We are seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team in the Regulated Water Sector. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our continued expansion and growth plans.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across numerous disciplines in our water sector. You will devise direct sourcing strategies and work with our sourcing team in the development of our candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to play a key part in Stantec's ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for delivering a great candidate experience and working in a collaborative group of recruiters with a great team spirit.

About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition practitioner with a successful track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have some Construction/Engineering experience and enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment function.

You will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for finding the top talent in the market, and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. You will be responsive, autonomous, and empowered to develop your skills and gain experience within a reputable, public-listed global engineering firm.
