About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resourcing the best candidates for recruitment consultant roles across our UK offices, including Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract top talent for recruitment consultant roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance our employer brand and recruitment campaigns
  • Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, CV searching, and referral schemes
  • Ensure the Talent Database is up-to-date and cleansed regularly
