The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for resourcing exceptional candidates for recruitment consultant positions across our UK brands. This is an exciting time to join SThree, with new salary bandings, system transformations, and clear development plans in place.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract top talent for our recruitment teams
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and presence in the market
  • Coordinate the internal recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Conduct competitor analysis and direct headhunting to secure top candidates
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital departments to enhance our recruitment journey and external profile
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, CV searching, and referral schemes
  • Manage and maintain our talent database to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
