About the Role:
Applebough Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school in Oldbury to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. The school is renowned for its nurturing, supportive, and encouraging environment, providing an inclusive learning space where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with high SEN needs, including ADHD, Autism (verbal & non verbal), ASD, and various learning difficulties
- Follow tailored learning strategies to meet each child's unique needs
- Monitor and document pupil progress, communicating findings to the teaching team and parents
Requirements:
