Business Manager for Perinatal Mental Health Service

The South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Perinatal Community Mental Health Service team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing business strategies to support the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain performance information and systems to support business decision-making
- Lead on the production, analysis, and dissemination of business information to support service improvements and changes
- Manage designated projects and contribute to the team's objective planning process
- Provide effective leadership and management to staff, promoting high performance standards and a positive team ethos
- Ensure clarity and effectiveness in developing and designing roles, and manage staff in accordance with Trust HR policies
- Relevant degree or diploma level qualification or equivalent experience, plus training and experience to postgraduate diploma level
- Knowledge of current NHS performance agenda, business case procedures, and clinical governance and audit
- Experience of analysing, interpreting, and presenting information, leading on a project or directly supporting via a project management process, and managing or maintaining data management systems
