About the Role
The Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Nursery Nurse to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with service users with complex perinatal mental health needs, identifying goals and developing personalized care plans.
- Contribute to the delivery of evidence-based interventions, including home visits, group work, and community-based activities.
- Liaise with colleagues, external stakeholders, and service users to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and concise records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.
Person Specification
- National Nursery Education Board Qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care that prioritizes the needs of service users.
