Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Visitor to lead our Perinatal and Infant Mental Health team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the wider Health Visiting teams in delivering high-quality services to families and children in Barnet.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Perinatal and Infant Mental Health services in Barnet
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective universal health provision
- Develop and deliver training programs for Health Visitors and other staff
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of services
Requirements
- Health Visiting Professional Qualification, with entry onto the 3rd part of the NMC Register
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of current legislation and national guidance relating to Perinatal and Infant Mental Health
