About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Substance Use Specialist to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our Intensive Case Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults experiencing severe substance use concerns and concurrent disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for clients with complex substance use and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities and therapies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and access to timely, responsive treatment services.
  • Provide urgent response and crisis intervention as needed, addressing serious functional impairment in physical health, personal, family, financial, occupational, and social life.
