Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team as a Substance Use Case Manager. As a member of our Intensive Case Management team, you will work with adults experiencing severe substance use concerns, who may also have concurrent disorders or co-existing functional impairment.
About the Role:
This is a relief part-time opportunity, working 0.90 FTE, with shift times from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, with alternating Fridays off. You will be part of a high-functioning and well-integrated team, providing low-barrier outreach services to adults who are often vulnerable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment, service coordination, and urgent response to clients who may also have serious functional impairment in various domains of life.
- Function as a primary clinician, utilizing a variety of specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups, and/or their families.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clients have access to timely, responsive, evidence-based treatment and clinical supports.
