As a Night Operations Lead, you will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers, and colleagues, providing exceptional service and ensuring a high level of engagement with them. You will be responsible for fulfilling special requests from guests, such as room preferences and special occasions.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subject to change, with currently set 4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hours per shift. You will have the opportunity to excel in your field, learn from fellow Legends, and our award-winning learning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service, and leadership.

As a Night Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing night audit procedures, including financial reporting and balancing accounts
  • Preparing daily reports regarding night operations
  • Fulfilling special requests from guests, such as room preferences and special occasions
  • Acting as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers, and colleagues

We are looking for a Night Operations Lead with:

  • Experience in Hospitality, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures, including front desk SOPs, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with PMS Opera, Alice, and other relevant technology
  • Guest service orientation, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving issues or complaints promptly
  • Leadership skills, including supporting the Reception manager in keeping staff motivated and providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including ensuring a high level of engagement with team members and guests

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, including:
