Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Peer Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that increase awareness about hepatitis C among service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel, and homeless services.

About the Role: The Peer Lead will work under the supervision of the Peer Programme Manager to develop and implement projects that promote hepatitis C awareness and access to treatment. This will involve collaborating with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services, and homeless service providers to deliver educational workshops and hepatitis C testing in community settings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
