Job Description

The Hepatitis C Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our peer support initiatives across Eastern ODN. As Hepatitis C Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that educate service users and staff on hepatitis C awareness, testing, and treatment. Your extensive experience in drug services and volunteer management will enable you to recruit and coordinate peers effectively.

This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a good standard of education. You will work under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager to develop the project, coordinating educational workshops, hepatitis C testing, and referrals for treatment. This position involves significant travel across Bedford and Luton, requiring a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about increasing hepatitis C awareness and improving care for those affected, we encourage you to apply.
