Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team of caregivers at HipHopTune Media. As a Support Worker, you will be committed to delivering the highest quality of care to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support
  • Assisting with washing and dressing
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Preparing meals and assisting with food-related tasks
  • Supporting individuals with medication and daily living needs
  • Accompanying individuals within the community and supporting them with daily tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support roles is desirable
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
