We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Catch22, supporting adult male ex-offenders across the Thames Valley area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users.
About the RoleThis post presents a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate to work as part of our Personal Wellbeing service. The successful candidate will cover the Thames Valley area, commissioned by HMPPS, to deliver services focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders through various pathways:
- Family and Significant Others
- Lifestyle and Associates
- Emotional Wellbeing Services
- Social Inclusion
- Supporting service users to develop strategies to manage emotions, and designing and delivering skills training, to foster self-confidence, by knowing how to access appropriate support.
- Supporting service users to increase capacity to undertake activities to support daily living, and advocating for service users in conjunction with multi-agency partners, to engage with treatment and other professionals/services (MH teams/support groups).
- Supporting our team in achieving our Justice Business Plan objectives: innovate, revitalise, and reform the delivery of Justice Services.
This role involves working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, the Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations, to promote and deliver our services, and achieve the required outputs and outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for this challenging yet rewarding role.
