As a live-in carer with Oxford Aunts Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Provide companionship and support with personal care, domestic tasks, and housekeeping
- Support clients with a variety of conditions, enabling you to develop your skills and knowledge
- Work in a warm and supportive environment, with a welcoming community that values teamwork and mutual respect
- Enjoy a competitive rate of pay, up to £141 per day, with opportunities for annual salary reviews and generous rest time

What We're Looking For:
- You may have worked as a live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, or similar
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain clear and accurate records
- Reliability, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Experience of working under pressure and staying calm in difficult situations
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A commitment to living with your client for a minimum of 10-12 weeks at a time
