We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region.

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries, working closely with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
  • Maintain payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other relevant data.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

System Implementation and Transition:

  • Play a key role in the transition from ADP to CloudPay, including data migration, system testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of CloudPay.
  • Provide training and support to HR and finance teams on the new CloudPay system.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and other required documentation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in payroll management and ensure continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll trends, legislation changes, and system updates to ensure the company remains compliant and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Experience being hands on with EMEA payroll.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or CloudPay.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
