Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Engage Clients: Greet customers warmly, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter our boutique.
  • Personalized Service: Introduce clients to our expert sales associates, ensuring a seamless transition and tailored experience.
  • Concierge Services: Offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events, fostering relationships with concierge personnel at neighboring hotels.
  • Refreshments and Amenities: Provide a selection of teas, coffees, and refreshments, managing orders and coordinating with our administration team.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Identify areas for growth, share best practices, and inform management about potential customer complaints or concerns.

What We Offer

In return for your exceptional skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.
