About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Host to join our team at Hermès Paris. As a Client Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Welcome and greet customers upon arrival, building a positive first impression.
    • Engage with customers on the floor, introducing them to the relevant team member and ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Plan appointments and coordinate the daily agenda, personally welcoming customers and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Support in Leather Department
    • Welcome customers and provide reassurance, answering initial questions and managing waiting time effectively.
    • Offer refreshments and seating as needed, preparing and serving teas, coffees, and other beverages.
    • Hand over customers to the sales and service team, ensuring they are directed to the correct location.
  • Concierge Services
    • Stay informed about local events and share recommendations with the team and customers, fostering relationships with nearby hotels and restaurants.
    • Make personalized suggestions for hotels, restaurants, and exhibitions, ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement and share ideas with the team, promoting a culture of excellence.
    • Share best practices and inform management of potential customer complaints or concerns.
  • Standards and Expectations
    • Maintain exceptional standards in store, adhering to and upholding House procedures.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and maintain a strong understanding of daily procedures.
