About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House Visitor Experience Teams as a Museum Experience Ambassador.

This is a temporary position to assist with the upcoming school holidays, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience and skills in customer service, teamwork, and commercial awareness.

As a Museum Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and assisting visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting all aspects of the public programme, offer, services, and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience for visitors.
  • To inspire visitors' interest by sharing knowledge and information about the museum's exhibitions and programmes.
  • To promote commercial opportunities and encourage additional ticket donations through the Gift Aid scheme.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve set performance objectives and conversion targets.

What You'll Get

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Please note that this role involves working in a busy environment, including manual handling responsibilities, and may require standing and/or moving around the museum site for most of the day.
