An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Museum Operations and Marketing Manager at the Bank of England Museum.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the Museum, including the Museum operations and digital engagement team.
- Coordinate and oversee the marketing of the Museum, engaging with both current and new audiences.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a public-facing environment.
- Manage complex rotas and booking systems.
- Manage and analyse data, such as visitor information.
Requirements:
- Extensive duty management experience, including health and safety and security in a public-facing environment.
- Delivering or overseeing marketing campaigns using a mix of traditional and social media.
- Excellent computer skills, including extensive use of Microsoft Office applications or equivalent.
- Able to enthuse, motivate and inspire others through excellent communication and strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
- Understanding of how principles of diversity and accessibility apply to a public-facing organisation.
Additional Information:
This role will require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
