Penta Consulting seeks an experienced Sales Consultant to drive growth in our established team.

  • Create and direct new business opportunities aligned with current strategy
  • Achieve sales quotas by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones
  • Identify and execute new opportunities, prepare business cases, and present to stakeholders
  • Develop market data, customer, and competitor insights
  • Support junior team members to hit targets
  • Develop sustainable candidate databases for clients
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of industry, clients, and roles
  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in generating new business sales opportunities in IT Sales
  • Demonstrable success in new business sales with proven track record of growth
  • Innovative and creative thinking to challenge conventional practices
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • History of achieving personal and divisional sales targets
  • Proven experience of face-to-face client engagement
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
