Role Overview

We are looking for a European Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our multinational team, you will be responsible for managing distributors, sourcing new ones, and developing a hospital account acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years international medical sales experience, distributor management experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. They must also be willing to travel frequently.

Key responsibilities include managing distributor performance, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of €50-70K per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
