About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated European Distribution Sales Professional to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales through our European distribution network.

You will work closely with our European Distribution Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead sales activities for assigned accounts, including pricing, growth targets, and expanding the opportunity pipeline to drive profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead sales activities for assigned accounts, including pricing, growth targets, and expanding the opportunity pipeline to drive profitability.
  2. Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors and end customers through regular visits and quarterly review sessions.
  3. Attend trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote our products and services.
  4. Set and track KPIs for distributors, identify gaps and implement corrective action plans to ensure consistent success.
  5. Collaborate with our Head of Global Distribution to analyse performance data, compare it against forecasts and budgets, and highlight areas for improvement.
  6. Assist in evaluating new distribution candidates and ensuring all existing partners align with performance criteria.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • c2-3+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting and/or working with distributors.
  • Experience growing business profitability through structured growth plans, negotiation skills, and the ability to marshal resources to support distributors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Analytical and financial insight, with experience tracking performance metrics and driving improvements.
  • Comfortable with up to 40% European travel, representing our company at events and with key stakeholders.
