We are seeking a skilled European Sales Specialist to contribute to our award-winning tour operator's growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for European destinations and have experience in sales roles, preferably within the bespoke travel sector. Key responsibilities include selling to clients via various channels, creating and pricing itineraries, generating bookings, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and country tourist boards.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for researching and updating destinations, activities, and hotel information, as well as participating in product and pricing planning processes. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can adapt quickly to new situations and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling to clients via email, phone, letter, and in-person
  • Producing, pricing, and amending itineraries
  • Generating bookings from new customers through all appropriate channels
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and country tourist boards
  • Researching and updating destinations, activities, and hotel information

Requirements:

  • Passion for European destinations
  • Experience in sales roles, preferably within the bespoke travel sector
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
