About the Role
Supporting Young Adults with Learning DisabilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Young Adults Team, supporting individuals aged 18-25 with diagnosed learning disabilities who have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan.
The ideal candidate will work closely with colleagues to promote personalisation, encouraging independence, choice, and opportunities for young people to develop their skills for adulthood.
