Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at a leading Hedge Fund based in the West-end. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, sorting post, booking couriers and travel, updating reports and CRM contacts, and liaising with building management and catering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and escort to meeting rooms
  • Sort and distribute post
  • Book couriers and cabs, maintaining records
  • Update daily reports and CRM contacts
  • Manage telephone and contact lists
  • Book international travel
  • Liaise with building management and catering team
  • Coordinate events and maintenance
  • Order stationery

Requirements:

An excellent communicator with adhoc administration skills is required, ideally with 2 years of similar experience.
