About the Role

The Office Move Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting employees during the transition to our client's new office environment. This involves providing employee orientation and support, guidance on new office facilities, feedback and reporting, and general transition support.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Office Move Coordinator who has previously coordinated office moves, managed office administration, provided customer service, or held a similar support role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with office technology and Microsoft O365 software.
