We're seeking talented individuals with a background in B2B sales within the wholesale distribution sector. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll receive comprehensive training, tools, and knowledge to help you quickly progress to a management role.
Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing. You'll also have the opportunity to complete a tailored training programme focusing on business operations and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire business, including full P&L, employee management, and sales growth.
- Identify opportunities to develop company performance and revenue.
We're looking for candidates with strong sales experience or some managerial experience within the wholesale distribution sector. A competitive package awaits, including a starting salary between £35,000 – £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) and additional benefits such as a car, mobile, and laptop, and optional membership of the company pension scheme.
