Senior Business Development Manager

Melbreck Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Maidenhead, with a salary of up to £80,000. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products into the UK military and/or commercial aerospace markets.
The role offers full autonomy and the opportunity to work in an amazing business that supports, challenges and invests in people. You can expect to be in a Business Unit Manager role within 2 years and a VP role within 5 years.
- The company car or car allowance will be provided.
- A bonus of 15% is uncapped, with previous bonuses reaching up to 40%.
We are looking for a tenacious and driven Sales Manager who can build and manage effective relationships with equipment and airframe OEMs. You will promote products to end-users worldwide, define and maintain effective routes to market, and support the sales team by agreeing and managing targets.
You will also identify and manage new product development opportunities through initial phases of the bid cycle, working in a coordinated way with the sales, engineering, and operations teams towards team goals. The Regional Sales Director will provide guidance on building the 5-year plan.
