Job Summary

The Cardiff & Vale University Health Board seeks a Senior Therapies Leader to provide strategic leadership to Therapy Services within the Enhanced Community and Intermediate Care model.

This role will support the delivery of high-quality Therapy Services, maximizing the contribution of Therapies in community and intermediate care. The postholder will work collaboratively with stakeholders to shape and deliver integrated community services and influence interdisciplinary models of care across therapies aligned with the Cardiff and Vale Rehabilitation Model.

Main Responsibilities
