About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the EAT Training Program, ensuring it meets the needs of our Production and Maintenance departments.

Responsibilities
  1. Create the EAT Training Program structure for the factory.
  2. Review and update SOPs, Risk Assessments, and OSWs.
  3. Provide training support to the Site for new and existing Trainers.
  4. Establish a regular auditing process for the EAT Training Program.
  5. Gather and implement best practices from other Sites.
  6. Ensure accurate and compliant Training Records.
  7. Contribute to achieving Performance Targets.
  8. Collaborate with site management to identify skill gaps.

This role involves working independently with minimal supervision and possessing advanced Microsoft skills.
