We are seeking a skilled Social Care Skills Instructor to join our team at The Marbrook Centre. As a respected provider of residential healthcare, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

This role offers the ideal opportunity for an experienced instructor to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You will be supported by a dedicated Learning and Development Manager and work alongside another trainer.

Key responsibilities include delivering health and social care courses to staff, maintaining accurate records on our LMS platform, and regularly reviewing and improving training methods. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 (pro rata) 24 hours per week (3 days), and we offer a competitive benefits package, including a DBS check.
