Job Description:

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing or deputising a care or similar size nursing home.
  • A background in mental health care is essential, including knowledge of MCA and DoLS.
  • NVQ level 4 or above in social work, nursing or health and social care.
