Job DescriptionAs a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to learning disabled adults. This will involve:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies, such as gardening, walking, and swimming
- Supporting individuals to access local services and facilities
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week, with a combination of early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend
