Health and Social Care Educator

We are a small, luxury, residential healthcare provider looking to expand our established team. Our warm and welcoming environment is the perfect place for an enthusiastic trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to staff across our care homes.
This newly created role forms part of our dedicated HR team, who work closely together to provide first-rate employment and learning opportunities to our staff. You will be supported by a Learning and Development Manager and work alongside another trainer who can share best practice and act as peer support.
We require an excellent communicator with strong health and social care experience and knowledge to engage, educate, and enthuse our staff to reach their potential. A relevant teaching/training qualification is not essential but your ability to deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions that meet mandatory requirements is crucial.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, a proven eye for detail, and accuracy. They will be able to work on their own initiative, manage a busy workload, and meet deadlines. If you have extensive experience in the industry and would like to pass on your knowledge and experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver a range of health and social care courses to staff across all homes, including Induction, Moving & Assisting, Fire safety, Record keeping, and Safeguarding.
- Complete and maintain accurate records on our LMS platform.
- Keep up to date with health and social care legislation and regulations.
- Regularly review and improve all training, exploring different delivery methods, evaluating and reporting on successes, and making recommendations when required.
