The Marbrook Centre is committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities for our staff. As a Care Trainer and Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering courses that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and organisational skills. A relevant teaching or training qualification is not essential, but health and social care experience and knowledge are necessary.

In addition to delivering training, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with health and social care legislation and regulations. You will also contribute to the review and improvement of our training methods, ensuring they remain effective and engaging.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,184, based on a 24-hour contract. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a DBS check, and welcome applications from candidates who share our values and commitment to excellence.
