Job Title: Training Coordinator - EAT Program

We're seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to create and maintain the EAT Training Program for our Production and Maintenance departments.

About the Job:

This role involves working closely with subject matter experts to develop and implement a training program that drives business outcomes.

  • Establish a clear structure for the EAT Training Program in the factory.
  • Review and update SOPs, Risk Assessments, and OSWs to ensure relevance.
  • Support trainers in delivering training in a standardized manner.
  • Develop a regular auditing process for the EAT Training Program.
  • Identify best practices from other sites and integrate them into the training program.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to achieving site performance targets.
  • Collaborate with site management to address skill gaps and improve site performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools.

An estimated salary range is $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
