Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Lounge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Supervise junior chefs and provide guidance and training as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety and allergens
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
