Internal Communications and Events Officer

MASS Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication Coordinator - Event Planning Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the communications function, helping to develop content and manage administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be responsible for co-ordinating events, managing communications and providing administrative support to the team.
About the Role
This role sits at the centre of the team and will work across both internal and external comms, helping to develop content, manage admin tasks and support the busy and varied workload.
You'll be based in St Neots but we operate on a hybrid basis so we're typically in the office three days a week.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective event planning strategies to engage stakeholders and promote company initiatives.
- Manage communications, including developing content and sending emails and other correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing diaries and making travel arrangements.
