Job Purpose:


Reporting into the Events Manager, this role will assist with a range of tasks to support the Events team, with a particular focus in supporting the delivery of some of our key events, based on the overall event strategy.


In addition, this role will help to support the growing Events Team and should be seen as an opportunity to progress for someone with ambition, energy and an appetite to work in events management.


The role will include but is not limited to:


  • Work closely with the Event Manager and Head of Events to ensure the timely and professional delivery of existing events.
  • Assisting the team across a variety of Lifeplus events and marketing activities, including the launch of new initiatives as part of the overall business plan.
  • Playing a pivotal role within festivals, galas, tours and other events to include ownership of catering, guest services, marketing materials, merchandise, music and much more.
  • Liaising with external agencies and suppliers to check work status and progress.
  • Stakeholder management across both our UK and US offices ensuring all projects are aligned are colleagues are kept informed.
  • Helping to set up events on-site and representing the company.
  • KPI tracking and reporting post-event and event campaigns.
  • A variety of event admin support including, data entry, spreadsheet management and general administrative support.
  • Monitor and forecast an accurate event budget.


Candidate Profile:


  • Good project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate broad understanding of marketing and event activities.
  • Computer literate with good MS Office Skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional European language (Desirable).

Hours and Days:


  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Location:


  • Lifeplus House, St Neots (With some European travel required)
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
