A German speaking New Business Sales Executive is currently sought for a successful global organisation which specialises in B2B events, shows and exhibitions based in St-Albans.
The salary is £33-35,000 per annum base plus a bonus, a potential of up to 60% of salary if targets are reached and uncapped commission potential in addition. This role would be a very exciting step up for your career, joining a well-established company intheir most exciting phenomenal growth. Joining their supportive sales team, you would be working 2 to 3 days per week in St Albans office and the rest from home, from 9:30 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure sales duties alongside sales administration activities (reports, meetings, sales plans), completed in an effective and timely manner
- Growing the business through business development with self-sourcing leads
- Building relationships and understanding the needs of your clients, to deliver outstanding customer service experience
- Successfully achieve and exceed sales/revenue targets

**Profile**:

- Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in communicating with people at all levels
- A polite, confident and friendly manner
- Collaborative team player
