The Role:

Profectus is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant on behalf of a forward-thinking client based in Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company and play an important role in their continued growth. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging campaigns, manage digital platforms, and create engaging content.


Responsibilities:

  • Designing and producing digital and print assets using graphic design tools.
  • Crafting content for product web pages, news articles, and case studies.
  • Managing website updates, including adding products and updating pricing.
  • Creating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms.
  • Assisting in video production, from recording to editing and uploading content.
  • Supporting event management, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
  • Producing marketing materials e.g. brochures


Essentials:

  • A keen eye for detail, excellent proofreading skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of social media trends, email marketing, SEO, and digital marketing practices.
  • A full driving licence (essential due to location)
