Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

We're looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging training experiences for our Production and Maintenance teams.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and implementing a training program that aligns with business objectives.

  • Design a structured approach to the EAT Training Program in the factory.
  • Review and update SOPs, Risk Assessments, and OSWs to ensure they are relevant and effective.
  • Provide training methodology support for trainers.
  • Develop a regular auditing process for the EAT Training Program.
  • Integrate best practices from other sites into the training program.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Contribute to achieving site performance targets.
  • Collaborate with site management to address skill gaps and improve site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

Earn an estimated $75,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
