Inclusive Learning Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our SEN Provision and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 12-18 years old with SEMH needs.
Key Accountabilities:- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Delivering high-quality instruction to promote academic and personal growth
- Maintaining open communication with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to student support
- Fostering a collaborative team environment to share best practices and resources
- QTS and relevant teaching experience
- Demonstrated expertise in working with students with SEMH needs and developing strategies to address these needs
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills to deliver engaging instruction
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Estimated salary: £52,500 - £62,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
