We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our school community at Wayman Group.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This full-time position involves teaching and mentoring Year 4 students, with a focus on delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. The successful candidate will assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Plan and deliver effective instruction to promote active participation and academic growth among Year 4 students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in primary school teaching, preferably in Year 4. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents/guardians.
  • A passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students are key attributes for this role.
