Year 4 Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our school community at Wayman Group in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring Year 4 students, with a focus on delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. They will also assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress.
The ideal candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in primary school teaching, preferably in Year 4. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents/guardians.
- A passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students are key attributes for this role.
