About the Job
  • This is a permanent, full-time position starting in April 2024.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Year 4 students.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Year 4 students.
  2. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  5. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress.
  6. Deliver high-quality instruction to Year 4 students, promoting active participation and academic growth.
  7. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4.
  3. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
