SEN Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEN Education Specialist to join our team at I C Talent Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them succeed academically and emotionally.
About the Role:
As a SEN Education Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support and supervision to pupils aged 11-16, fostering their engagement in the learning process and working towards specific aims and objectives. You will also plan, deliver, and document individual learning programmes tailored to pupils' needs, ensuring they receive personalised support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support and supervision to pupils aged 11-16Plan, deliver, and document individual learning programmesSupport vulnerable young people, enhancing their emotional wellbeingAssist classroom teachers in managing pupil behaviour and delivering lessonsRegularly monitor and record pupils' progressRequirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 months of experience working with SEN children in the UK, an active DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one, and availability for full-time work during term time only.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
