Company Overview:
Hays Construction and Property is a growing contractor operating across East Anglia, London and the Midlands.
We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team reporting into the Director.
- As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee multiple projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, meeting clients' briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning - Plan projects and assist with programming to ensure they are delivered without delays.
Project Meetings - Attend meetings to coordinate with stakeholders and review progress.
Commercial Collaboration - Work closely with the commercial team to review budgets and forward planning.
Leadership and Compliance - Lead by example, setting high standards of leadership in promotion of HS&E procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with Company procedures.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record in delivering multiple projects. CSCS qualification is required, along with good verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
